By accessing or using Kitchen Manager Pro ("the Service"), operated by Rafa García del Valle ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Kitchen Manager Pro is a web-based restaurant and kitchen management platform that provides recipe costing, inventory tracking, event scaling, stock counting, and AI-powered features for food service professionals.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Subscription plans and current pricing:
All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Because we offer a free trial, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription payments. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review your case.

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including recipes, ingredient lists, stock counts, event plans, and any other data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service, including its design, code, features, logo, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as invoice photo scanning and ingredient extraction. These features use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Cloud Vision) to process your data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results should be reviewed by you before relying on them for business decisions.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitchen Manager Pro and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
